30 secs. on "Being in the Moment"

There is a lot of 'Jargon' thrown around in Yoga. I hold my hand up, I use it sometimes, but then I often catch myself when I use it and go on to try make sense of it for and with my fellow Yogi's. Classic Yoga term "be in the moment" can mean many things to many or absolutely nothing to a lot. Here's how I make sense of it, once I found my Car Keys in the Fridge and the Butter in my Bag, I was obviously thinking one thing and doing another at the time and obviously I was not 'in the moment'.
