This caught my eye on my Trail walk this morning as I was 'being in the moment' - reminded me of the Social aspect of Yoga. Not all who come to practice Yoga are Hippies, Vegans, Broken or in search of Change (I say this with tongue in cheek as this is the common misconception). I went for a Trail walk this morning, it was cold, I started to jog, it's been a while since I jogged, but I felt like I wanted to run. Ended up jogging the whole trail with pleasure. The light dusting of Snow on the trail was deceiving , made the ground look even, it wasn't. I had to concentrate on where my feet were going, it kept me completely present. The dusting reminded me of the Ego, looks beautiful from the outside, but what lurks underneath, we don't know until we sc
