Yet another reason to practice Yoga

Can I just say before I start, I have always been a B.Jays fan, since 1987 when I first visited Canada from the hurling fields of Dublin, Ireland, therefore, I am going to ride on the Bandwagon without shame. As if we needed another good reason to practice Yoga regularly, but as its here, you should practice Yoga because Bautista does. :)
