Yoga Improves Arthritis Symptoms and Mood, Study Finds

One of few controlled studies on Yoga for Arthritis. I am constantly researching Yoga as I continue on my journey. I post the more interesting finds for you to share. There are hundreds of studies proving one way or another the benefits of Yoga. Few, however have been carried out to prove the benefits of Yoga in relation to Arthritis. This was a controlled scientific study carried out by a well respected Institution.
